How to Screen Record on iPhone

Learn how to create a screen recording and capture sound on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Go to Settings > Control Center, then tap next to Screen Recording.
Open Control Center, tap, then wait for the 3-second countdown.
To stop recording, open Control Center, tap or the red status bar at the top of the screen, then tap Stop.

Screen recordings are automatically saved to your photo library in the Photos app.

To see all of your screen recordings in one place, open Photos, tap Albums, then tap Screen Recordings below Media Types.

Go to Settings > Control Center, then tap the Add button next to Screen Recording.
Open Control Center on your iPhone, or your iPad.
Tap the gray Record button, then wait for the three-second countdown.
Exit the Control Center to record your screen.
To stop recording, open Control Center, then tap the red Record button. Or tap the red status bar at the top of your screen and tap Stop.
